Theme: Information Overload & Focus

Lately, I’ve been noticing how difficult it has become to focus.
Not because there is a lack of information — quite the opposite.
There are endless articles, webinars, podcasts, AI tools, frameworks, dashboards, summaries, opinions, and predictions arriving every day.
And while much of it is genuinely useful, I sometimes wonder whether the greater challenge now is not access to information, but the ability to think clearly amidst constant input.
Like many others, I’m trying to learn and adapt without becoming perpetually reactive.
I suspect this may become one of the more important leadership capabilities going forward:creating enough space for reflection, prioritization, and thoughtful judgment.
Because in an environment of constant input, clarity itself becomes a leadership advantage.
