2–3 days 

$3,000–$4,500 + tax. Designed to come in below $5,000 all-in.


This starter package is intentionally designed to fit within common senior management
signing-authority thresholds, allowing organizations to move forward quickly.


Includes:

• Review of key materials and priorities

• One focused senior management team working session

• Clarification of near-term priorities

• A short, practical summary report with recommended next steps.

 

Designed to help senior leaders align internally before engaging the Board.

PRICING &

ENGAGEMENT

MODELS

Beyond the Starter Package, engagements are customized and priced following a short
scoping discussion.

 

Typical engagement pathways include:

 

• Momentum engagements (~10 days) focused on translating strategy into execution

• Transformation engagements (~20 days) supporting complex change, governance, and

   sustained execution

• Modular advisory support across strategy, operational planning, enterprise risk (including AI),

   governance, facilitation, and change management.
 

Pricing reflects senior-level advisory support, typically collaborating directly with
members of the senior management team. Board involvement is added only if and when
the Client decides it adds value.
