Fall Execution Check-In

As we move into the fall, I’ve been thinking about a question I often ask leadership teams:
Are we still positioned to execute what matters most?
Most organizations already have plans. But conditions change. Priorities shift. New opportunities emerge. Risks evolve. Capacity and budget realities become clearer.
Sometimes what is needed isn’t more planning, it’s a focused opportunity for leaders to look together at what is working, what has changed, and where their attention will have the greatest impact over the months ahead.
That thinking led me to develop the Fall Execution Check-In, a short, practical leadership reset focused on seven dimensions of execution, from priorities and alignment to people, processes, risk, performance, and resources.
I’ve put together a one-page overview for anyone interested in learning more:
A short pause now can sharpen priorities, capture opportunities and strengthen execution for the results that matter most.
