Catherine Neville

Catherine is a strategic excellence coach with more than twenty years leadership experience using management systems that differentiate organizations in the marketplace. Examples include Excellence Canada’s Excellence, Innovation and Wellness Program and its subsets, e.g. Quality. All lead to a Canada Award of Excellence. She believes in building on the good work organizations have already done for other standards like ISO 9001:2015, Accreditation Canada and Baldrige through a focus on leadership. Her personal leadership experience includes bottom-line accountability with sustained growth of a medium-sized organization over many years. Catherine has taught hundreds of people about leadership, and culture, and has led many process improvement initiatives for clients with strong, measurable results! Catherine is certified by Excellence Canada as a Certified Excellence Professional (Leader), Certified Lead Assessor and Certified Trainer.

Laura Kelly
Office Manager

Laura handles all of the administrative funtions at Catalyst Performance Partners.  She is also a Paralegal and certified by Excellence Canada as a Certified Excellence Professional.


Laura is a passionate advocate for those with allergies, Laura is the lead author of AllergyAble™ and its related training programs. As a mother of two, one of whom lives with life-threatening food allergies, she brings a practical experience to this important program.    

Malcolm Phipps
Vice President 

He is an internationally acclaimed management system standards expert/leader. Recently retired, Malcolm brings many years’ experience in a senior management role with a leading registrar for management system standards like ISO in North America and internationally for more than thirty years. Malcolm was involved as a member of the Canadian team that participated in TC 176, which developed the 9000 series of standards, for many years. In the design of ISO 9001:2000, Malcolm has been referred to as ‘the auditor’s auditor’ and is well recognized for his knowledge of quality in Canada and around the world. Malcolm is a contributing author to SENIORWISE®. He continues to bring this expertise to all our programs
