ABOUT US

Catalyst Performance Solutions provides practical, senior-level advisory support to organizations that want to strengthen strategy and execution into sustained, day-to-day results — without adding unnecessary complexity.
Led by Catherine Neville, Principal, who works closely with senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor and implementation partner. The focus is on strengthening operational planning, improving execution discipline, integrating enterprise risk, and supporting meaningful change — always in a way that reflects the organization’s size, capacity, culture, and risk profile.
Catalyst’s work is grounded in real-world leadership experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Engagements are deliberately right-sized and modular, allowing organizations to get the support they need — where they need it most — without creating additional layers of process or internal burden.
Catalyst Performance Solutions is a division of Strategus, Inc.
WHERE DO I START?
FIRST CONTACT
Start with what matters most right now — whether that is clearer priorities, stronger operational plans, or better follow-through.
Most organizations begin with a short discovery conversation or the Focus – Starter Package, designed to provide clarity before committing further. If you’re unsure where to start, that’s often the right place to begin.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why don’t you list full pricing for every service?
Because the most effective engagements are right-sized. While the Starter Package is intentionally standardized, most work is scoped after a short conversation to ensure it fits your priorities, capacity, and risk profile — without unnecessary complexity or cost.
How are fees determined?
Fees are based on a day rate of $1,500 and typically structured as fixed-fee engagements following a short scoping discussion. This provides clarity and predictability while allowing flexibility where it matters.
Will this require Board approval?
Most engagements begin with the senior management team and are designed to fit within common signing-authority thresholds. Board involvement is added later only if and when you decide it adds value.
Is this a long-term commitment?
Many organizations start with a short engagement to clarify priorities and next steps. Additional work is entirely optional and based on demonstrated value.
What’s the best way to get started?
A brief conversation is often the best place to begin!
